Recommend for a brief sojourn

Cozy apartment, convenient location, the lovely pool view made our mornings better as we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony while planning our day, and having a well-equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare snacks for beach trips.

For us it was ideal.

The apartment we were provided was air conditioned.

The nice pool view was great, but the damp smell in the apartment was off-putting.

The location is marvellous and fab for exploring Protaras. And it's not too far from downtown.

It met the purpose, had a fairly nice stay for 10 nights. The room was neat and it was new-fashioned. The restaurant was great and the staff were amicable and excellent;))

Although we loved the stay, a few staff members were annoying.

The apartment was bright and sleek, with a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony with a fine pool view. It was conveniently located a short walk from the beach.

Some cooking utensils were a bit grimy.

Spacious apartment with a decent location, though the lingering damp smell detracted from comfort. The furniture, particularly the sofa and mattress, felt quite outdated and in need of replacement. Cleaning services offered infrequently , disappointing, especially on a holiday. The patio area, unfortunately, served as a litter box for local cats. Dining options were limited. The pool bar's frozen pizza left much to be desired and the cleanliness around the pool needs serious attention.

Inconsistent housekeeping services could use improvement!!! Limited restaurant options on-site leave guests wanting more!!! Communal areas need better cleaning to enhance overall experience!!!

The one-bedroom apartment was super comfy and clean, having everything we needed. the pool bar's food options were pretty limited. Still, I loved the spacious feel of the place! 🏖️

Perfect beachside getaway

Had a lovely ten days here! The spot is perfect, just steps from the beach. Apartment was super comfy with a nice view, and the washing machine was a lifesaver after a day in the sand. Plus, the bar downstairs had the best cocktails! Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit better at times.

Wi-Fi was spotty sometimes, but the pool was great for kids! Kitchen was decent.

It was just a great fit for a lightning trip in Protaras, great for the money. The washing machine in the apartment was super handy after a long day at the beach. Check out the local restaurant across the road for awesome food.

The location is a major draw, with beautiful bays just a short walk away, and the fine views from the balcony added a pleasant touch. The communal areas were consistently neglected, and our room felt dated and less than clean . Despite enjoying some freshly baked European bread at the coffee shop, the lack of proper maintenance and upkeep left much to be desired.

Ocean view room was amazing! 🌊 Enjoyed waking up to the sounds of the sea outside my window.
